CC Pacific Limited is a wholly owned Papua New Guinean Company which was started in August 2007 and incorporated in September 2007 with the Investment Promotion Authority of Papua New Guinea.

Our key focus is to promote Papua New Guinea (PNG) through the identification and promotion of Papua New Guinean Nationals that are highly skilled and qualified technically and professionally from across the country. We seek to maintain a database of marketable and employable PNG Nationals. A database that hosts Papua New Guineans from the Executive Professionals through to the highly skilled Tradesmen ready for placement and contracting appointments.

Our in-house and partner recruitment team’s experience spans various industries such as Petroleum, Engineering and Construction, Mining, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Banking & Finance, and Information Technology.

We pride ourselves in the fact that we have been in operation for over 14 years with a majority national workforce. We provide Recruitment and HR Services to some of the largest organisations in PNG.

CC Pacific Limited has successfully put through contract staff in some of PNG’s largest companies, both international and local, including the mines and Oil & Gas fields. Organisations such as Ok Tedi, Wafi Golpu, Hidden Valley, Porgera, Oil Search and the PNG LNG glimpse of some of the sites and companies we have successfully supported over the years. Support provided covered all levels of operations from senior engineers to labourers. These contracts also included major EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) works with globally recognised engineering companies in both the Mining and Oil & Gas sector(s).

The ever changing and evolving business and economic environment in PNG and abroad, CC Pacific Limited has always sought to keep up with these changes and growth by way of diversifying service offerings. This has prompted the development of additional business arms and ideas to addresses industry needs and demands. CC Pacific Limited has together with long time alliance partners developed a counselling business and will soon be rolling out short term management training courses targeting middle management.
