Established in 2019, Pacific People Solutions commits to satisfying the needs of clients and candidates by providing recruitment services across a vast range of industries and countries. Rubicor Technical established its Pacific presence under the leadership of Scott Roberts in September 2006 in Brisbane and now has the current alliance in PNG as well as in New Caledonia. Scott has over 30 years’ experience in the Pacific including over 10 years working experience as a working resident with the PNG Government and mining sector in PNG.

His expertise is in the design of tailored learning solutions to develop local competences in management and quality management.
Alain is a federal board member of the Australia Pacific Islands Business Council and the French Australian Chamber of Commerce – FACCI. He is also the French Honorary Consul in Brisbane.
